Materials & Construction

  • Polyester, Oxford, non-woven, kraft paper or PP woven outer materials as listed on the product
  • Insulation type and thickness, lining, zipper or hook-and-loop closure and base structure
  • Handle, shoulder strap, seam binding and reinforcement for the intended load

Customization & Printing

Confirm the material, finished size, color, closure, handles or cord, reinforcement and logo artwork before sampling. Printing coverage depends on fabric texture, coating, seams, curves and the selected method; a sewn panel or label can help when the base fabric is open, sheer or textured.

Packaging & Bulk Production

Bulk packing, individual polybags, cartons, barcode or carton labels and retail-ready packing can be quoted after the packing instructions are confirmed. Approve a sample, artwork, packing method, quantity, inspection standard and delivery schedule before batch production.

Buyer Questions

State the target internal size, outside size, insulation requirement, closure, logo coverage, quantity, destination country and packing method. Temperature performance depends on the final construction and use conditions.

  • Which material, structure and dimensions are required?
  • Where should the logo be placed, and how much coverage and how many colors are needed?

Standard MOQ: 500 pcs/design. Standard samples are typically ready in 3-7 business days; complex samples may take 7-10 business days. Cooler bag bulk production is typically 15-25 business days after sample and artwork approval. Freight is quoted separately. Send the product, material, finished size, artwork, target quantity, destination country and packing requirements with your enquiry so the quotation can be checked against the final specification.
